Great value spa stay

We stayed 4 nights on a half board basis and had a fantastic time at Helvetia Thermal Spa. The spa facilities were amazing, with beautiful thermal baths and a sauna. The hotel rooms were comfortable, and the dinner at the restaurant was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, fixing an issue with the air conditioning promptly. We enjoyed exploring the local bars and restaurants for lunch and aperitivos, even though English wasn't spoken often. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing spa getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the outdoor theater where we enjoyed many music events. The staff was super kind and approachable, always ready to help. The room service was excellent and the dry cleaning service was very efficient. The hotel also had a 24-hour room service, which was very convenient. We loved the fact that we could hire bicycles and explore the beautiful surroundings. The bell staff/porter was always ready to assist us with our luggage. The hotel also had medical facilities available, which gave us peace of mind. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was well-stocked and the balcony offered stunning views. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The in-room air conditioning was a bonus, especially during hot summer nights. The hair dryer, bathtub, and free toiletries added to the luxurious feel of the hotel.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary spa kit, which included a bathrobe and flip flops, and the cozy spa area that was relaxing and never overcrowded. The hotel's location on the main street and steps from the old town was convenient. the staff were courteous and impeccable during our stay.

The hotel's central location puts you right in the heart of town, surrounded by shops and attractions. You can easily explore the nearby areas and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft towels and a well-functioning shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a generous spread, including fresh greens like cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumber.

The pool area could benefit from some renovation, particularly the walk-through Jacuzzi floor, which poses a safety hazard.
