The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We encountered a problem with paying the city tax, but they went out of their way to make sure we were able to pay by card. The room was comfortable and the shared bathroom was clean. The fast WiFi connection was a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and reasonable price.

The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms, which were perfect for our stay. We particularly appreciated the simple decor, as it allowed us to focus on exploring the city rather than being overwhelmed by flashy details. the location of the hotel was fantastic, being only a short walk from the train station. This made it incredibly convenient for us to travel around the city and explore all the attractions. Additionally, being so close to everything, it made our stay much more enjoyable.

One aspect we did not particularly like was that the hotel did not have an elevator. This made it quite challenging to carry our luggage up the stairs, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. the room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the summer heat. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with great travel advice.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. there were no rooms available on the ground floor, which was disappointing as we had heavy luggage to carry up multiple flights of stairs.

I recently stayed at Hotel Hermes in Florence for a few nights while exploring the city. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of SMN Train station. The neighborhood was lovely, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The friendly Italian ladies who owned the hotel made me feel right at home. The rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast provided was delicious.
