I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Il Palazzo! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Basilica. My room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the Umbrian countryside, making it so easy to unwind. I especially appreciated the modern decor and comfortable amenities, like the air conditioning and the LED TV. The staff, including Justin, were incredibly helpful with local recommendations and answered all my questions, which made my trip even better.

The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the Basilica and amazing restaurants. My room offers breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside, and the modern decor makes it very inviting. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home during my stay.

The noise from neighboring rooms can be a bit disruptive at times.

the mattress was absoutely hard and breakfast choices were so limited, it’s like they were trying to pinch pennies. I woudl ve been expecting a complimentary gesture for such diappointing service but, alas, none arrived. Also, the confusing layout made it feel like I was wandering through a maze, not a hotel. Just couldn’t give a good review.

this was my second stay in assisi and il palazzo truly exceeded my expectations. the spacious suite with a frescoed ceiling offered stunning views of the valley, and the breakfast selection included delicious pastries that made my mornings brighter. the location was also perfect, easily accessible to all attractions.

the only downside was the parking situation.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful spot! The area shuttle made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and we loved the beautiful view of the valley from our suite. The breakfast selection was also pretty good, perfect for starting our day with the family.

My wife says that parking could be better.

The suite was a standout! It had this amazing frescoed ceiling and a huge, spacious bathroom. The views of the Umbrian valley were just breathtaking, and the modern decor really tied everything together. I loved the big, comfy bed with luxury linens. Plus, the hot water was on point, making showers a treat. Definitely a cozy vibe all around.
