We had a great experience at Isa. The communal areas were beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff was very accommodating and quickly changed our room when we expressed dissatisfaction. The location was perfect for exploring Rome, with plenty of nearby dining options. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our honeymoon.
