The value for money at Hotel Italia was amazing, you really get your money's worth. The room we chose had a stunning fresco painted across the vaulted ceiling, it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, and the staff treated us like family, making us feel welcome every time we entered or left the hotel.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe more variety would be great.

I couldn't believe how spacious and well-equipped my room at this hotel was. With two bathrooms and two floors, it felt like a home away from home. The historic features in the older part of the hotel added a touch of charm. Plus, the breakfast was one of the best I've had in Italy. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the historical center. It's great to stay in an ancient family palace that has been recently restored. The rooms are impressively clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Additionally, the breakfast spread is fantastic, with a wide range of pastries that are all made in-house.

No major issues, everything was more than satisfactory.

Centrally located, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, and a buffet breakfast that offers a variety of options. the hotel also has an interesting menu served in the restaurant and a delightful range of wonderful homemade specialties. Highly recommended for those who want to explore Umbria.

The rooms, although spacious, were minimally furnished, and the beds were not comfortable enough. the hotel also needs to improve its Wi-Fi connection, which is available only in common areas and not in the rooms.
