The bed in my room was huge and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during the warm summer nights. This hotel is a hidden rare gem in a narrow alley in the heart of the city. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices for a centrally located hotel. The staff is fantastic, providing first-class customer service and offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The rooms are in very good shape and have great non-intrusive AC, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast is top-notch, with a wonderful barista serving up great coffee.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. I loved how everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore all the sights and attractions. the parking system was excellent. They had a large underground parking facility just a few minutes away, which made it convenient for us to park our car without any hassle. Another advantage was the friendly and multilingual staff. They were always ready to help and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

Our room was not up to our expectations. However, the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue by offering us a much better room, which we were really satisfied with.
