We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely and spacious, with a stunning view of the valley from the window. Everything was immaculate and well-appointed. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pleasant dining room where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel like family. The location was superb, right in the center of this beautiful old town. We loved walking around in the square in the cooling evening and exploring the charming streets of this city and other Tuscan hill towns nearby.

The hotel is great, just close to the town entry, allowing for convenient drop-off of luggage. The traditional style rooms are comfortable, quiet, and delightful, with handpainted frescoes on the walls. The staff is attentive and ensured a terrific experience. The breakfast was of good quality, with many choices and lovely fresh fruit.

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the center of the beautiful medieval town. It allows you to fully experience the charm and atmosphere of the place. The staff at this hotel provided excellent suggestions for restaurants and even reserved tables with a view for us. Their attention to detail and helpfulness really added to our overall experience. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and kept very clean. The vintage touch, with brick stairs leading to the bathroom, gave them a unique character. The breakfast in the large dining room was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including fruits, pastries, meats, and cheeses. The service was also excellent and friendly.

The building had a lot of character and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Even though we faced some noise from the street, it didn't bother us much. We had a great time exploring the beautiful medieval town and would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel had two great freebies: complimentary chocolate eggs on Easter Sunday and free Wi-Fi. the location was perfect for exploring the town and had fantastic views. the breakfast was good with a variety of options.

The room we were allocated was incredibly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable, especially for the price we paid. the air conditioning was also ineffective which added to the discomfort, leaving us feeling hot and stuffy.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and the breakfast was served on a delightful outdoor patio. the rooms were lovely and had charming views over the rooftops to the hills.

The bathroom setup was strange and the shower was tight in space, making it difficult to use without getting water everywhere. the air conditioning in the room barely cooled, and we had to sleep without any sheets or blankets.
