Our new year experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the breakfast was amazing, with freshly baked croissants and rolls, and the omelette was to die for. the homemade jam, especially the figs, were incredibly delicious. the hotel's location was perfect, with all the museums within a short walking distance and the main railway/bus station just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed the advantage of having great dining options nearby, with an excellent Sri Lankan restaurant and a Chinese restaurant that served some truly unique dishes. the hotel provided a memorable experience with its delicious food and convenient location.

The only downside of our stay was that our room faced a busy street, so there was some noise from cars and people. However, this is a common issue in hotels in this city and can easily be overcome with some background noise or earplugs.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Florence for 7 nights. The staff, particularly Elmedina, went above and beyond to assist us with restaurant reservations and finding a nearby laundry service. They even provided us with a takeaway breakfast on early mornings. The breakfast itself was well-organized and offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel rooms were beautifully designed and spacious, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The owner, Bijan, was a talented baker and chef, and the meals we had at the hotel were unforgettable. A special mention to Ergin and Bijan for their exceptional customer service.

We had an amazing stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The staff went above and beyond to assist us when my credit card was stolen, showing genuine care and concern. The manager even took the time to help me cancel my cards and provided much-needed support during a difficult time. The room was beautifully decorated with modern touches, and the marble shower was a luxurious highlight. Despite facing a noisy street, the peaceful atmosphere inside the hotel allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was well-organized and tailored to individual preferences, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. While there were a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of an elevator and some grubby walls, the overall experience was fantastic. We truly appreciated the exceptional service and would highly recommend Hotel La Scala for a memorable stay in Florence.

We loved the location of the hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. It was also in close proximity to all the main attractions, so we didn't need to use public transportation during our 3-day stay. The staff was extremely attentive and kind, always ready to help and accommodate our needs. The room was beautifully decorated with a picturesque ceiling and a comfortable bed. The breakfast served was delicious and the overall experience at La Scala Hotel was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again as youngsters!

The value for money at this hotel was just perfect. It was very easy to get to everywhere since it is very near the central train station. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and gave off hostel vibes. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. What I truly loved was the amazing breakfast - it felt like being in a breakfast bar with a proper coffee machine made by a barista. The selection of sweet, cereal, ham and cheese buns, fruits, and juices was great. The croissants were delicious and the coffee was just like the one you would get at a gas station, but with more limited choices. I must mention the gentleman who helped us checkout, he was extremely polite and professional.

Christmas at this hotel was a memorable experience. the breakfast offered freshly made croissants and rolls, along with a delicious omelette and homemade jam. the location of the hotel was perfect, with all the major sites within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the water from the shower constantly spilled out onto the main bathroom area, making it uncomfortable and inconvenient.
