I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel La Scaletta Al Ponte Vecchio. The location near the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I even had a room with a great view. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent room service. The highlight of my stay was enjoying a drink on the rooftop terrace, which offered breathtaking views of Florence. Despite the stairs leading to the reception and rooms, the staff was always there to assist with luggage. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Florence.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is just a short walk to the bridge that is just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio and offers a great view of Florence. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed on an elevated platform. The bathroom is also fantastic, with a bathtub jacuzzi for relaxation. The service provided by the friendly and helpful staff is commendable, and the breakfast offers a good selection of food.

Enjoyed wandering around the busy Ponto Vecchio bridge with many places to eat and drink around. The hotel location is perfect in a busy area, and the room and facilities were spotless. The room was spacious and had a large closet with an in-room safe, a magnificent bathroom, and the bed was cozy and comfortable.

Breakfast is not worth it for its value, there are limited options, and it was slightly overpriced.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to the famous Ponte Vecchio. Our room was clean, modern, and had effective air conditioning. The rooftop breakfast offered stunning views of the city, despite some pesky pigeons. The staff were attentive and provided great service. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel La Scaletta Al Ponte Vecchio. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a big comfortable bed and large windows. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk to popular attractions like the Duomo and Uffizi Museum. One evening, we witnessed the most beautiful sunset from Ponte Vecchio street, right outside the hotel. The staff was pleasant and the customer service was excellent. We also appreciated the close proximity to the train station and the easy access to nearby cities like Pisa. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful accommodation.

Staying at Hotel La Scaletta was a backpacker's dream! The location near Ponte Vecchio was perfect and within walking distance of all the attractions. The rooftop restaurant had amazing food and breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel like family. Our room was clean, modern, and had a trendy shower with plenty of hot water. The bar staff were awesome and always went the extra mile. The lift was a fun and quirky feature of the hotel.

We got great value for our money at La Scaletta. The room was spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated with original frescos and garden views. The location was perfect, close to the Ponte Vecchio and other major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at La Scaletta was having more variety in the complimentary tea and coffee supplies. It would have been nice to have more than one coffee sachet for two guests and an alternative to milk.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Pitti, and great local restaurants. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food and drinks, and we enjoyed the lovely view. The deluxe triple room provided ample space for our family. The sound proofing was excellent despite being on the ground level facing the street. The staff was helpful in assisting with our reservations and calling taxis. The showers were top-notch, although the toiletries could have been of better quality. The building itself had character, and the breakfast was tasty.

Great location for sightseeing, close to the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, even to those with dietary requirements. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Balconies provide a lovely view and a great spot for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean.
