During my recent stay at a hotel in Milan, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable rooms. The beds were large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well to combat the Southern European heat. Additionally, the location was superb, within walking distance of attractions like Duomo and surrounded by great restaurants. It was also conveniently located near buses, trams, and a supermarket.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only provided one small towel for a double room, which was not sufficient for two people.

I recently stayed at Hotel La Vignetta for a few nights during my trip to Milan. As I was on a budget, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value it offered. The location was fantastic, with easy access to buses, trams, and a variety of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Despite being a 1-star hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and even lent me an umbrella on a rainy day. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. For the price and location, it was unbeatable.
