This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even had two adorable dogs that added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the nearby ski lift, making it easy for us to hit the slopes each day.

Everything was top-notch, no improvements needed.

Delicious breakfast with eggs, ham, local cheese, fresh breads, cereals, cakes. 3-course dinners exceeded expectations. Friendly and attentive service. Quick and easy bus service to village. Vito, the driver, always sent us off with a warm smile and best wishes. 😊

We had a fantastic time at this hotel just outside the village. The location was convenient, with a shuttlebus available all the time and only a 10-minute walk into town. The rooms were cozy and the staff was lovely, making us feel like part of the family. The spa was a great treat after a day on the slopes, and the food had a lot of choice. Our teenagers enjoyed it just as much as we did.

That the rooms were not very big.

I had an amazing ski vacation at Apartments Suites Lac Bleu! The staff made sure I had everything I needed and more. The rooms were perfect, with comfortable beds for everyone in my family. The breakfast and dinner included in the package were fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The skiing experience was incredible, with convenient transportation to and from the slopes. The scenery, including a view of the Matterhorn, was breathtaking. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for a fantastic winter holiday!

Great location with easy access to ski trails and nearby stores. Rooms were spacious and had good amenities, including a comfortable bed. the complimentary breakfast was decent with some variety.

The hotel staff were not very approachable and didn't seem interested in helping us with our concerns. on New Year's Eve, our room was located near the bar area and the noise levels were unbearable.
