I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. the location is unbeatable, right on the main pedestrian street. It was so convenient to have everything just a few steps away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. They were always available to provide helpful recommendations and assistance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a really spacious bathroom that was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, the breakfast spread was delightful, especially the small Neapolitan pastries and the delicious cheese & ham toasted sandwiches. This hotel definitely offers great value for money.

We had an unfortunate incident during our stay where we were mugged just before leaving Naples. Distraught and in need of assistance, we turned to the hotel for help. The receptionist, Roberta, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. She allowed us to make an important phone call to cancel our credit cards, despite a language barrier and her manager's objections. We were grateful for her compassion and understanding during a difficult time. The hotel itself, although not easy to find, was clean and the rooms were spacious enough. we appreciate the support we received from Roberta and would recommend this hotel to others.

This hidden gem offers a prime location on a bustling pedestrian street, just steps away from the ocean and the metro station. The staff is friendly, making you feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, with the added advantage of good noise insulation from the street. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of small Neapolitan pastries to start your day off right. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of the harbor, perfect for exploring the city by boat.

The lack of electrical points and insufficient hangers and hooks in the room and bathroom can be inconvenient.
