We spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and included a pancake machine which was a hit with the kids. the room was spacious and had a comfortable balcony to relax in. We also enjoyed the free bike rental which allowed us to explore the nearby area and lake. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring tourist destinations.

The spa could have longer opening hours and the flip flops provided were not robust as they ended up breaking when we used them. the train noise was disruptive and the road was busy, so we had to keep the window closed.

I had a great stay at a hotel near Lake Maggiore, with a good price and only 20 minutes from Malpensa airport. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the fitness room was impressive. There was also a nice sundeck on the top floor. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing Italian holiday.

This hotel offers fantastic value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail can be seen in the clean and well-equipped rooms on the 3rd level, complete with a private bathroom and quiet air conditioning. Additionally, the location near the lake on the south end adds to the overall appeal.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
