Great room with a comfortable king-sized bed. Excellent location near St. Mark's Square. Enjoyed watching gondolas on the canal from our room's balcony. Receptionist was very helpful and upgraded us to a fantastic "Superior" room. Breakfast was a great start to the day.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lisbona for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of Venice with easy access to all the main attractions. My room had a small balcony overlooking a gondola station, offering a charming view and a peaceful ambiance. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and spoke English fluently, making it easy for me to communicate and get helpful recommendations. The value for money was excellent, and I would definitely stay at Lisbona again without hesitation.

Situated in the San Moise canal, it is in close proximity to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and come with amenities like a fridge and a safe. The bathroom is well-maintained and comes with fluffy towels. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast to start their day.

I had a lovely stay at a friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel was just a 3-minute walk from San Marco and situated next to a charming canal with a Gondoliere station. The view from my room was incredible, with gondolas passing by and gondoliers serenading throughout the day. The Venetian-style decor and fittings added to the charm of the room. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold foods. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the location couldn't have been better, as it was situated in the heart of the city and just a stone's throw away from all the major sights. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They provided excellent service, offering restaurant recommendations and helping us with directions. Additionally, the rooms were tastefully decorated with traditional fabrics, giving them a charming and cozy atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident, from the small but well-equipped bathrooms to the delightful channel views from some of the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of gluten-free options and even eggs cooked to perfection. this hotel provided exceptional value for money and left us with a memorable experience.

De locatie van dit hotel is perfect. Het is gelegen in het centrum van de stad, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om rond te lopen en openbaar vervoer te gebruiken. Er zijn ook veel mogelijkheden om eten te kopen en verschillende eetgelegenheden te bezoeken. Bovendien zijn er veel winkels, restaurants, bars en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.

Helaas was de Wi-Fi niet altijd beschikbaar en moesten we vaak de kabels aanpassen om verbinding te krijgen. Daarnaast ontbrak er een waterkoker, ondanks dat deze wel vermeld stond in de beschrijving.

Stayed in the heart of the city which was great for exploring. The staff was accommodating and offered free maps and a complimentary beverage on arrival. The room had a lovely view of the canals and had a comfortable bed.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle or tea making facilities, and the wifi connection was very weak and unreliable. The stairs up to the room were steep and difficult to climb, especially with heavy luggage.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was at the center and near St. Marcos square. The hotel facilities were great, providing a clean and comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking a beautiful canal. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a good selection of food. I had an excellent stay at a charming hotel near all the famous attractions. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choices, including fresh croissants and great coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My room had a fantastic view from two balconies, and the size was comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure in the shower, and the whole hotel was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and friendly atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with a brilliant location, just minutes away from San Marco and the Grand Canal. The friendly staff made our experience even better by helping us with our luggage during the somewhat challenging climb to our upstairs room. The room itself was worth it, as it offered a stunning canal view from the window and even a gondola station nearby. It was great value for money, especially considering the spacious bathroom and closet in our superior double room.
