We had a lovely big room with a nice sun terrace on our floor. Breakfast outside each day was a great start to the day. Being close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants made our stay convenient and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had an amazing location, really near to the public beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the main promenade. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a decent variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offered a parking voucher and had a comfortable lounge area for relaxation.

The hotel could benefit from some updates as it seemed a bit dated and old-fashioned.

The hotel was conveniently situated, just off the main street of Viareggio, making it easy to explore the best part of the resort. The WiFi reception wasn't great, making it difficult to stay connected throughout our stay. we were hit with extra fees for having an additional person stay with us, which seemed a bit excessive.
