The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking, nestled at the foot of the majestic Mt. Ortler. The views from both the rooms and the dining areas are truly stunning. The rooms themselves are cozy and comfortable, with modern bathrooms that add a touch of luxury.

Nothing to fault.

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the incredible location of Hotel Madatsch. Situated at the base of a famous pass, it was incredibly convenient for embarking on thrilling hikes, drives, or sightseeing adventures. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food service was exceptional, offering delicious meals that left me impressed. The staff members were not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the region, providing helpful answers to all my travel inquiries. Another highlight was the availability of Internet/Wifi, albeit for a fee. Lastly, I must mention room 137, which boasted a breathtaking view that truly completed my stay.

Enjoyed staying at this mountain hotel over Christmas. The views of the snow-capped peaks were breathtaking from the rooms. The large pool was warm and inviting for a swim before breakfast. It was lovely to relax with the steam bath and sauna in the spa. The Italian dinners were yummy.

The hot tub was closed during the day, when it would have been lovely to soak in it and enjoy the beauty of this location.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location here is absolutely amazing, with stunning hiking trails right at your doorstep. The village itself is so picturesque, it's like stepping into a fairytale. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, even offering me a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a mini-bar for added comfort. The spa and wellness centre here was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. And the cherry on top was the beautiful garden area, perfect for enjoying a BBQ or just relaxing in the sunshine. a truly luxurious and comfortable experience!

The dinner tables were clean and shiny, the aperitivo and wine were enjoyable, and the wooden doors in the corridors added a nice touch. The rooms were well-designed with quality materials. The clean air and refreshing pool were a great relief after a long drive. The helpful staff, especially Anna, made our late check-in smooth and provided us with a delicious set meal.

enjoyed a lovely evening walk in Trafoi and stumbled upon a gem of a hotel. Madatsch surpassed all expectations with excellent food, friendly staff, and amazing facilities like sauna and swimming pool.
