The room was comfortable with a heavenly air conditioning system. I loved the breakfast, especially the hot eggs and fresh fruit. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where you could enjoy the view while eating. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel was a big plus, as it was close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. the breakfast terrace was also a nice feature, allowing us to enjoy a meal with a view. Additionally, the staff were quick to address any issues we had with our room, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay.

One aspect of the hotel that was a bit inconvenient was the use of actual keys instead of key cards. It felt outdated and having to leave the key at the front desk every time we left was annoying.

Great location, just a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Fontana di Trevi. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and they even make the beds.

The elevator in the hotel was quite small.

During our Easter stay in Rome, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's warm and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by providing a complimentary bottle of champagne and upgrading our room. the location of the hotel was perfect, with restaurants and major attractions within walking distance. the hotel's breakfast buffet on the roof terrace was a delightful experience with stunning views of the city.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the interior of the hotel, including the rooms, was outdated and in need of repairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful, especially at the reception and in the dining room. They were always available 24/7 and assisted us in getting taxis early in the morning to go to the train station. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything within a few minutes walking distance, including the underground, the Spanish steps, and the Metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good heating and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, with ample coffee and the option to have personalized espresso drinks made to your liking.
