I stayed at Hotel Magenta for a week and it was the perfect starting point to explore the city. The location is great, close to the river and Santa Maria Novella station. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and speaking English. The room was clean and modern, with complimentary water and soda in the fridge. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of options, including gluten-free breads. I would definitely come back for another stay!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the sights of the city on foot. The staff at the reception, especially the two young men, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient and the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms were also very clean, and I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower. The breakfast provided a great start to the day, with a delicious cappuccino. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of by the staff. If I return to Florence, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
