sliding door was tricky to manage. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness and modern bathroom setup. The staff was especially helpful, even providing local tips. Keep in mind that the location requires some walking or tram rides to reach central attractions.

i was hoping for a delightful stay, but the mattress and pillows? terrible, probably older than me. and as for the air conditioning, it's louder than my ex! i actually thought an upgrade might be in order considering all this, but clearly, that’s not how you treat your guests here. so disappointed!

the shower door was kinda tricky and didn’t slide well, but on the flip side, room was cleaned daily and the staff was super polite and helpful. tram stop nearby made getting around easy. the bed was comfy too!

The location was a dream for our family. We could catch a tram right outside and visit the iconic Duomo and enjoy Da Vinci's masterpiece. The lounge area was lovely, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel is close to a tram station that goes directly to Duomo and other interesting parts of the city. The parking garage is a solid option but be ready for tight spaces. Staff was super friendly, always helpful! 😊

The room was adequately comfortable, featuring a good mattress, and remained surprisingly quiet despite being street-facing. A tram conveniently located right outside made it easy to access major attractions. However, navigating the check-in area involved a few unnecessary stairs, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. The parking fees were quite high, but securing a free spot right in front mitigated this somewhat. Homemade cakes at tea time were a delightful perk, adding a warm touch to the experience.

Our stay was fun. we loved visiting La Scala Theatre Academy next door while staying with two couples. The friendly staff and good tram connections made it easy to explore Milan. We even enjoyed the complimentary tea time snacks!

My wife says that the parking spots were really tight. It would be great if they provided more family-friendly bathroom amenities.

So I stayed there for 2 nights. The place was clean and cozy enough for a short stop, but the beds were hard like concrete and not what you’d expect. The breakfast was simple, nothing special, just enough to get you through the morning. You could at least get some tea or coffee to wake up.
