We were amazed by the free cocktail drink offered before dinner. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of surrounding mountains and forests. the family atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests from different countries. the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with unforgettable mountain view balconies. the hotel staff was warm and charming, always happy to offer advice on everything from local tours to restaurants and shops.

The staff could have been more helpful in suggesting activities for children during the Christmas period. the restaurant menu lacked variety, although the quality of food was excellent.
