The hotel offers excellent value for money, with spacious rooms and a balcony that provides great views over the busy plaza. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay. Additionally, the location is perfect, right behind the church and in front of the stunning Lago Maggiore.

No improvements needed, everything was fantastic.

We were so well looked after at Moderno. the location is amazing, right in the middle of the city center. the staff were friendly and hardworking, speaking English and being patient with my attempts to speak Italian. Our room was cleaned and bed changed daily. the balcony overlooked the main square, offering a beautiful view and a relaxing place to sit. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and the restaurant in the evening was very nice. the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

You can easily access the lakefront within a couple of minutes and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and kept impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a lovely outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The friendly and helpful staff at Moderno made my stay enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the center, restaurants, and parking.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the somewhat outdated decoration of the room and the mediocre breakfast, these were minor compared to the overall positive experience I had at Moderno.

Great location, close to the lake and easy access to transportation. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast spread was delicious with a nice variety of options. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was cramped and outdated. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
