The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. the big terrace and cleanliness of the room were impressive. the hotel had a peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing getaway from the busy routine. the option to rent high-quality road bikes on-site for exploring the lakes was a great advantage.

Lack of reception staff and unfriendly service upon arrival. the receptionist seemed disinterested and showed us to our room with no enthusiasm.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. They even accommodated my request for a late check-out, which was much appreciated. The family rooms were incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. Additionally, the hotel's location on the lake was idyllic and offered stunning views. There were also several excellent restaurants and pizza places within walking distance, making it convenient for dining options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast provided a delicious and varied selection. the hotel provided excellent value for the money.

We were really impressed with this place! The location near the small lake was absolutely stunning, with beautiful flora surrounding it. The staff was extremely kind, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant that exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a balcony where we could enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We also appreciated the on-site parking as we were traveling by car. we couldn't have asked for more from this hotel!

We had a lovely lakeside view from our room, offering stunning views of Lake Comabbio. The walks and cycling around the lake were fantastic, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the scenic surroundings. The staff at Residence Montelago were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to have an early breakfast so we could catch our train on time. There was also a great restaurant and pizzeria nearby for our dining convenience.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and it was a peaceful and pleasing experience. the hotel had a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding flora was stunning. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-equipped balcony. Plus, the breakfast was filling and satisfactory. the hotel's location was convenient given its proximity to the lake which made for a tranquil and serene stay.

One major disappointment was that the hotel failed to mention that most of the area's businesses would be closed for Christmas - leading to uncertainty figuring outr meals and activities. the staff at the hotel did not have anything to offer our WORST Christmas experience as opposed to plenty other guests who were enjoying their time seamlessly.
