We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. We were pleasantly surprised when we found out that the hotel offered a "Knödel" course for guests interested in learning how to make this traditional dish. The sous-chef, Thomas, even took us into the kitchen and shared his recipe with us. The service at this hotel is exceptional, and we felt well taken care of during our entire stay.

Amazingly friendly and skilled staff, awesome bartender, new and well-equipped spa, excellent breakfast, fresh and appealing corporate image. Incredible rooms, warm reception, helpful staff, "Knödel" course with sous-chef Thomas, lovely garden. Stunning room views, outstanding service for our baby, room prepared even when we didn't ask. Great hotel facilities, beautiful pool area.

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel in a small town that was centrally located for exploring the surrounding areas. the spacious rooms had beautiful views from the balconies, and the large bathrooms were a nice touch. the hotel offered a pool area with an indoor and outdoor option, and the sauna was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. the daily aperitif hour was a pleasant surprise, and the complimentary appetizers were delicious.

One downside to our stay was the temperature in the rooms. Even with the windows open, the room was quite warm and made it difficult to sleep at night.
