The hotel's old-fashioned charm and delightful atmosphere attracted me instantly. the friendly and helpful staff made my New Year experience even better. the location, just outside the town walls, offered a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. I also enjoyed the large and clean room, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the castle.

The traffic noise from the nearby main road was a bit bothersome, but thankfully it quieted down at night. Another issue was the lack of hot water in the morning, which was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location, kind and efficient staff, generous offer of extras, handy to attractions, friendly guests.

I recently stayed at this charming hotel just outside the town walls and had a delightful experience. Hotel Nazionale Bolsena offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, old-fashioned, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and views of the old town. The staff is charming, friendly, and always helpful. The location is convenient, just outside the town walls and close to everything, including the medieval center.
