We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being just on the outskirts of the lakeside resort. We could easily walk to the center of Bardolino, which was a shopper's paradise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an excellent pool, spacious terrace, lounge area, and dining room. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and we were impressed with the superb breakfast selection. The staff, especially Loris, the Head Waiter, were extremely helpful and made our dining experience enjoyable.

Nothing it was perfect.

The rooms were spotlessly cleaned and we appreciated the fresh swimming towels provided each morning for the pool. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a short 5-minute walk to the beautiful town and a stunning view of the lake. We also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary boat trip on the lake, which was a highlight of our stay.

The rooms could do with an update as they felt a bit dated. Additionally, the pool area was quite small and could get crowded at times.

The location of the hotel was great - easy access to transportation and tourist offices in the nearby towns. Watching the sunset over the stunning lake whilst dining was one of my favorite moments. the hotel staff were lovely, and they went out of their way to cater to my dietary requirements. A well-stocked bar and a good-sized pool were added benefits.

The hotel had a disappointing lack of variety on its menu, and the food quality could be improved. the rooms were outdated, and generally, the hotel could do with a renovation.

They were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious terrace to the outdoor swimming pool. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel.

He made us feel right at home and looked after the restaurant and staff with great care. the half-board option was also a great value for money, with the food being absolutely first class. the breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of choices, and we enjoyed eating on the terrace with a stunning lake view. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions on what to do and where to go. the room was comfortable and spacious, and we especially loved the warm and inviting atmosphere.

We just came back from an amazing stay at a hidden gem in Bardolino. The hotel surpassed our expectations in every way, from the beautiful lakeside location to the modern and clean rooms. The breakfast on the terrace with views of Lake Garda was a highlight, with a delicious range of hot food, fresh fruit, and even a crepe station. The dinner options were also superb, with multiple courses and a salad bar. The pool area was a peaceful haven, and the special gala night with live music was a wonderful touch. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited vegetables with the main meal and the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, these were overshadowed by the overall exceptional experience. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Bardolino. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

Lovely hotel with stunning views of Lake Garda. The room was a bit small, but that seems to be the norm in Italy. The staff was fantastic, especially the maitre d' who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The hotel is just a short walk from the center of Bardolino, which is the best town to stay in on Lake Garda. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in the area.
