Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near all the main attractions and transportation hubs. It was easy to explore the city and catch a water bus or gondola ride. Also, the hotel staff was helpful and friendly, always ready to assist.

The rooms were quite small and cramped. It was difficult to move around comfortably with our luggage.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its convenient location, being very close to the train and bus drop off point as well as the San Marco Square. We were able to reach all the main attractions and landmarks within a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a beautiful garden to relax in at the end of the day. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. this hotel provided us with a clean and modern room, great transportation options, and a convenient location for exploring the city.

The location was excellent for convenience and ease of access. The room was beautifully decorated. We had a canal view which provided a view of the activity in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the ladies serving were so pleasant and efficient. The front desk was very helpful in providing suggestions for dining and activities in the neighborhood. They also arranged water taxis for excursions and a transfer to the cruise port on our last day. The bellman as well was quite helpful. Even several different young persons offered to help us, a couple in our 70s, navigate the bridge steps with our luggage the night we arrived.

One night, we arrived late and to our surprise, our room had been given to another couple. However, the front desk quickly resolved the issue and made sure we had a comfortable stay. They were apologetic and did their best to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel itself was well maintained and had beautiful gardens. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The location was convenient, close to the parking garage and within walking distance to major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Being within easy walking distance from the bus station makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. Additionally, the hotel offers rooms with a big bed and a large contemporary bathroom, ensuring a comfortable stay. The air conditioning system works perfectly, allowing guests to set the air on high if desired. The breakfast, which includes local pastries, is a delightful treat that was included in the rate.
