I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the center of Torri. The fact that it is on the lake adds to its charm and provides stunning views from the rooms with balconies. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that every need was met. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern touch. I particularly loved the attention to detail, with basic amenities provided and a delicious breakfast spread each morning.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

The room facilities were a letdown. This lacklustre aspect detracted from the overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the beach and close to shopping options. the renovated room was fresh and comfortable with a beautiful view. the breakfast buffet had good options to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The AC was turned off without warning and the managers' son came into our room without knocking, which was a violation of our privacy. However, he apologized for the incident.
