Review:

our stay at the hotel was even better than our previous trip to florence. the location is perfect, right in the historic center and close to the train and bus station. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of areas to relax or work in the hotel.

Cleaning ladies were a bit too eager, knocking on our door early in the morning even though we hadn't checked out yet.

The location of the hotel was superb, situated right in the heart of the city. It was just a short walk away from the Central Market and the Medici Chapel. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. They spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The beds in the hotel were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The room temperature was freezing and we were unable to adjust the thermostat. It was quite uncomfortable throughout our stay, but since we were only there for one night, we decided not to complain.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, excellent location within short walking distance to major attractions and transportation, comfortable rooms with a bidet, great restaurant suggestions nearby, and a good deal for the price.

The hotel had a great location, right in the historic center and very close to the city's most notable monuments. Additionally, it was near the train station, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfast was good with a variety of offerings, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location, minutes from public transportation and main sights. Insulated windows ensure a quiet night. Friendly staff, helpful and provide good suggestions. Buffet breakfast impressive, beautiful room with church view. Parking available for extra cost.

Great value for money, located right beside the beautiful Church of San Lorenzo and St. Lorenzo's Market. The staff were super-friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view of the church. Additionally, breakfast was definitely worth waking up for, with delicious latte macchiatos and cappuccinos.

No negative aspect to mention.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic, as it was in the heart of the city center and within walking distance to all the main attractions. We were able to explore the city easily and conveniently. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and appreciated their assistance.

Almost perfect. The only minor issue we had was that there were no warm options for breakfast.

Great location for exploring the city, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet rooms with sound-proof windows and aircon for a relaxing stay. Lovely breakfast hall with high-ceilings and craft art. Friendly and helpful staff, with a guest lounge, courtyard garden, and terrace with a bar for relaxation. Good value for money near landmarks and train station.

I gotta say, staying at Palazzo Benci was totally worth it! The room was modern, comfortable, and had a nice garden view. Plus, the staff were super helpful and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. The location was great too – just a 10-minute walk to the Leaning Tower and the old town by the river.

The food for breakfast could've been better.

Nothing that I didn't like.

loved my stay in florence, and this hotel made it even better. perfect location to explore, super clean rooms, and a delicious breakfast with lots of options. the staff were friendly and informative. would recommend it to anyone visiting florence.

we booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing location of this hotel. the staff made our stay enjoyable, giving great advice on where to eat and find hidden renaissance buildings. the building itself is stunning with renaissance moldings and art deco style doors, and the little courtyard is lovely.

Small room with limited space.

During our stay, we were impressed with the hotel's prime location close to the train station. It was situated beyond the main stress loaded with hotels capturing tourists stepping off the train, which made it quieter but still convenient. The hotel was also close to everything in the old town, and we were pleased to find that all major attractions were within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.

We did notice that the processing time for checking in seemed lengthy.
