This place was in a prime location, just a short walk from the famous ruins. It was so convenient to have the train station right across the road, making it easy to explore the area. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help with any questions or requests. I also loved the rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the views. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a great variety of options. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The noise from the road outside the hotel was quite bothersome at times and disturbed my sleep. the breakfast offered at the hotel was lackluster, with a limited selection and low-quality bread.

Lovely surprise on arrival - we were upgraded to a beautiful corner room with a terrace overlooking the hustle and bustle of the Santuario station. The central location of the hotel made exploring Pompeii and the town very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the entrance to Pompeii site within easy walking distance. The hotel itself had a charming old-fashioned decor and was spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Giuseppe, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options and the homemade cakes were a hit with my children. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as a small bathroom and limited English channels on the TV, the overall experience was great. The hotel's beautiful rooftop terrace, although closed during our visit, promised stunning views of Vesuvius. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay in a well-located hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel had a great view of the city and was close to the rear entrance of the ruins. We also really appreciated how convenient it was to have the train station just across the street, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable with a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the sun. All in all, a really great experience!

One downside we experienced was being turned away at the hotel bar as non-guests. It was a shame because we had hoped to celebrate with champagne for my friend's birthday.
