We had a truly amazing stay at this lakeside hotel. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the facilities, especially the spa, were incredible. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant served fantastic food, although it was a bit pricey. The free shuttle bus was a lifesaver, making it easy for us to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The views of the lake were breathtaking and the hot stone massage was amazing. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and we enjoyed the free shuttle service to the nearby town. It was great getting to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city during the holiday season.

The staff seemed uninterested in engaging with us and didn't provide much assistance when we needed it. the price for the spa amenities and beach access were quite high and left us feeling like we had spent too much for what we received.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the heated swimming pool, made my stay unforgettable. the service provided was exceptional, and every need of mine was fulfilled promptly. the location was perfect, as it offered stunning views of the lake. the restaurant served scrumptious food with special diet menus available. the private facilities in the room were exquisite and added to the luxurious feel of the venue. the sun terrace and garden area were also amazing.

My only issue was that the body scrub service could have been better. It seemed a bit rushed and lacked the full attention to detail that you would expect in such a luxurious venue.
