I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was convenient to access public transportation, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who worked the night shift. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking a cab for the airport and provided us with useful information on navigating the city. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were recently remodeled, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

It was easy to explore the city on foot and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and gelato places nearby. The room had an ensuite bathroom and a fridge, which was great for picnicking. The hotel staff was friendly and the wifi worked well.

We stayed at a 2-star hotel in mid-March during Easter and were pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom were clean and recently renovated, offering excellent value for a low price. The heating was so effective that we had to turn it down and the location, though near the train station, was quiet and conveniently situated for exploring all the highlights of the city on foot.

The shower stall lacked a shelf for soap and there was no elevator, which might be a disadvantage for some guests. However, considering the excellent quality/price ratio and the fact that the hotel was a budget option, these were minor inconveniences that didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that they offered a complimentary breakfast. It was a great way to start the day without needing to search for a restaurant. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with helpful information about the key locations in the area and gave us tips on how to get around the city easily. This made our sightseeing experience much more enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel was conveniently located near the train station, making it easy for us to explore different parts of the city.

Stayed here over Christmas and had a great experience. The hotel's location was key - very close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. It was also a safe area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The shared bathrooms were a bit cramped and could have been cleaner. Also, the breakfast was not included in the room rate and had an additional charge, which was a bit disappointing.

The best thing about this place is its proximity to Roma Termini, the central station in Rome. It's really close, making it convenient to take the metro to any part of the city or catch the express train to the airport. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are also many small stores nearby where you can grab snacks and water. Plus, they offer luggage storage, so you can explore Rome for a bit before heading to the airport.

The location of Hotel Papa Germano was amazing, with all the tourist spots within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quiet and recently remodeled. The shared bathrooms were clean and felt just like the ones at home. Free wifi worked perfectly.

The en suite room with a fridge was perfect for picnicking in our room. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Claudio who gave us great advice and directions. Supermarket, restaurants, and delicious gelato were also within easy reach.
