The waiters in the restaurant were extremely helpful in catering to my milk protein allergy, and the breakfast spread with its variety of croissants, breads, and cheeses was delightful. The three-course dinners were a highlight, offering a diverse selection of dishes that changed daily. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the island, and the views of the Aragonese Castle were breathtaking. The cozy rooms with their own terraces added to the overall charm. The thermal and outdoor pools were fantastic additions to the amenities.

The rooms are comfortable and the service is friendly, with the staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and cereals.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as the rooms, could benefit from a bit of updating. However, everything is kept spotlessly clean, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We were blown away by the stunning views from our room at Parco Cartaromana. The sight of the castle and the sea was simply breathtaking. Plus, the hotel had a thermal pool right next to our room, allowing us to relax and soak in the warm waters while enjoying the panoramic scenery. It was pure bliss. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were also remarkable. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured our every need was met. We were particularly impressed when we mentioned that we weren't fully satisfied with our initial room, and they immediately upgraded us to a secluded room with a private balcony and a unique sea view, all at no extra cost. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. we had an amazing stay and highly recommend Parco Cartaromana.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the sea and the Aragonese Castle from the swimming pool area. It was a short, pleasant walk downhill to Ponte Ischia, where we found great restaurants and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and bus timetables. The room was clean and comfortable, and we even had a lovely sea view. The hotel had multiple pools to relax by during the day. we had a fantastic experience.

That the food options at lunchtime were limited and of poor quality.

the overall location of the hotel provided some impressive views of the castle and surrounding island. the staff also deserves a mention for their friendly demeanor and attentiveness.

My experience was not perfect as the hotel lacked modern facilities. the room was in dire need of maintenance, with outdated furniture and a bathroom that required a good scrubbing.
