The location was perfect for exploring popular attractions like the Vatican and Colosseum on foot. Our room was clean, quiet, and filled with unique touches. The complimentary breakfast and snacks in the reception area were a delightful surprise. The team at reception was incredibly helpful, providing annotated maps and even calling taxis when needed. Convenient bus station right outside. the view of the Torre was amazing. the staff, particularly Carlos at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. the complementary snacks in the well-stocked fridge were a nice touch.

The street noise was quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the room was small and the bed was uncomfortable.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - it's right in the heart of all the major attractions in Rome. The staff was incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the room was a delightful surprise, with a fridge and shelves stocked with food and a coffee machine. The hotel also offered unnecessary but appreciated conveniences. The free tickets to popular sites and the birthday dinner in a local restaurant were amazing bonuses. The DVD with the TOSCA opera was a lovely touch for entertainment.
