The value for money at Hotel Pisa Tower was exceptional - staying in the annex building meant being right on the doorstep of the famous Tower of Pisa, plus the train station was conveniently close. The room was beautifully clean and stylish, with a super comfy bed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

I loved that there was a great cafe just steps away for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The hotel was surprisingly affordable considering its prime location and the level of comfort it provided. The room itself was exactly as pictured, and the view from my window of the Baptistery and Leaning Tower was a dream. The grounds were well-maintained, the hotel was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and I enjoyed having almost exclusive access to the Leaning Tower and Cathedral in the early morning and evening.

Christmas lights and decorations were lovely, and the Christmas Day meal was delicious. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks at check-in, and the complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver. Location was perfect for visiting all the nearby attractions!

The rooms were outdated and smelled musty. We had a lot of trouble with the temperature control in our room, and the walls were paper-thin - we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
