The hotel is conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to access all the attractions and amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the valley. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and includes a variety of options.

To get to the room, you have to go through the restaurant, which may not be ideal for some guests.

Great location off the square, away from noise. Terrific on-site restaurant with delicious food. Incredible view from rooms and balcony. Clean property with comfortable bed, good lighting, and excellent wifi. Reception and staff were wonderful and caring. Highly recommend.

The Warm Heart of Assisi

The value for the money was excellent, especially considering the breathtaking view from the balcony of our room. The location was perfect, right near the town square with plenty of restaurants and shops, and the staff treated us with exceptional kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

Food for breakfast could have been better with a greater variety, such as fried eggs or omelettes.

This hotel in Assisi is a true gem! Not only is it located near the center of town, but it also offers stunning views of the valley from its rooms with little balconies. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained, with comfortable twin size beds. We particularly enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast served each morning. For the price, this hotel offers great value and attention to detail.

No mention of any negative aspects, everything was perfect.

Great garage facility for guests who bring cars. the views from our room were beautiful when we opened the windows. the location of the hotel is perfect, close to some of the main sights.

Our room was far too warm during the Christmas period and there was no air conditioning. the breakfast was very basic and could have done with more variety.
