The spa facilities were great and the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed having eggs made to order. Another advantage was that they provided secure storage for our bicycles. The hotel was located in a central location, making it easy to explore the city.

We had some issues with the heating in our room, as it was overheated even when set at a lower temperature. The cooling setting only pushed out warm air, which was not helpful.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional. The Spa & wellness center provided an array of services, including full body massages and beauty treatments. The heated swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The restaurant served delicious meals, with special diet menus available. In-room breakfast was a lovely option, and the bar/lounge area was great for a nightcap. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Although our stay was wonderful, the room heating was problematic. Despite setting the temperature between 18-20 degrees, the room remained overheated.

Efficient check-in, clean and comfortable room. The spa and pools were delightful, and the staff at breakfast were attentive to my food allergies. The location is great and the outside pools are very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, with beautiful outside pools and a fantastic sauna world and spa center. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast had a good variety of options, with the staff being very accommodating to food allergies and intolerances. the bistro provided a perfect option for low-key dining.

The room heating was problematic, with the temperature constantly being too warm even when set lower. Despite reporting a flickering bedside lamp, it was not fixed during our entire stay.
