The hotel room I stayed in at Principe was clean and modern. Despite being small, it was perfect for my solo stay. The bathroom had nice touches like a toothbrush and razor. The staff were very helpful and check-in/out was efficient. I enjoyed the recommended nearby restaurant for traditional Italian food. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town and train station as well as the Enzo museum. I really enjoyed being able to easily access everything I needed.

Convenient location near Enzo Ferrari museum, with easy parking and a short walk to recommended restaurants. Room had a lovely balcony for morning enjoyment. Car was ready in the morning without needing to ask.

The location was mind-blowingly perfect, just a short walk from the train station and attractions. The hotel itself was super comfortable, with excellent window shutters that blocked out all the noise for a jaw-droppingly good night's sleep. There was even a lovely park nearby for our little one to play. The staff were extraordinary, going above and beyond to help us with a rental car mishap. Modena was a beautiful city with great food and much cheaper than the cities.

Great location near the city center and Enzo Ferrari Museum. the hotel is also next to a beautiful park and a fantastic restaurant called Antico Naviglio. Parking is available around the block with a parking permit provided by the hotel. the room was clean, spacious, and had two windows since it was a corner room.

The breakfast options were not advertised well, and I had already made other arrangements before discovering that the hotel provided breakfast. the walls were extremely thin, and I could hear everything from my neighbors' phone conversations to their TV shows.
