The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing! They are friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. The hotel itself has a cozy atmosphere with quirky decor. The rooms are spacious and cute. The hotel also offers two adjoining restaurants, a fantastic spa area, and a convenient ski room. The option for single rooms made my stay affordable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the housekeeping team even folded my clothes! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I arrived late to breakfast. The overall customer service was one of the best I've experienced in all my travels.

Close to the slopes and great staff. We loved the heated racks in the boot room and the spa room was a bonus. the rooms were comfortable and the daily maid service was excellent.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and the selection of food at breakfast was limited. We found the included meals a bit bland, but the a la carte menu was fantastic.
