I can’t believe this hotel calls itself a 'collection. As a discerning traveler, I expected at least a complimentary drink for all that hassle but got nothing. guess they don't value their guests at all.

the sure hotel collection is a hidden gem with a perfect spot on a vibey side street. short walks take you to major landmarks, and the staff, from reception to breakfast, were super friendly. also, the breakfast spread was yum!

Had a great 3-night stay! The air conditioning was awesome, cooling us down instantly, and the shower had fantastic pressure. Just wish the elevator was a bit bigger! Would definitely stay here again.

However, the small elevator posed challenges, and there was some morning noise from outside. Two of the front desk staff didn't deliver the service expected, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.
