I spent a wonderful Christmas at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. the hotel facilities were great, especially the sauna and swimming pool. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains. the food served at breakfast and dinner was delicious. it was a fantastic experience.

There were a couple of negative aspects. the single small room was too cramped and lacked proper ventilation.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the city center and with stunning mountain views. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of bread and pastries options, plus fresh fruit and Greek yogurt. Another great feature was the free parking, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area by car.

The room was quite small, especially the bathroom, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the Wi-Fi connection was not very strong, and we experienced some drops in signal.
