The staff were super friendly and helpful, allowing us to keep our bags there for extra hours. The hotel facilities included free wifi, and our room was clean and had everything we needed.

The location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant, just a stone's throw away from San Marco square and a short 2-minute walk from the dock. It's perfect for sight-seeing in Venice as you are right in the heart of the city. The staff at the reception were very polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Restaurants right outside the hotel provided convenient dining options, and the breakfast served in the hotel was functional and adequate.
