The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate us. They even provided us with a ride when we couldn't find a taxi. the view from our room and the restaurant was absolutely stunning, giving us a true lakeside experience. the spacious room with nice decoration and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the well-equipped bathroom was a great bonus.

We had trouble finding parking and had to wait for a spot to become available. the hotel's location was a bit outside the main village, making it a 15-20 minute walk.

We had a great value for our money at the hotel, with a beautiful room furnished with lovely antiques and a cozy atmosphere. The location was stunning, right on the lake with breathtaking views, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

The hotel is located in a stunning setting right on the edge of a beautiful lake, offering breathtaking views from the balconies. It is easy to reach the west side of town through a walking path, which takes about 30 minutes with some inclines and declines. The restaurant is situated right on the waters edge, providing a picturesque dining experience.

The staff could be more friendly and welcoming compared to other establishments in the area.

I recently stayed at Locanda La Pergola for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located on the east side of the lake, away from the crowds and touristy areas. It was a peaceful retreat, and I loved being able to walk to the bustling Bellagio village through a beautiful walking path. Our room on the first floor had a spacious balcony with a stunning lake view. Watching the sunrise from the comfort of my bed was a magical experience. The restaurant at the hotel served authentic Italian cuisine, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is situated on a quiet dead-end street, making it a tranquil and relaxing place to stay. I had a wonderful time at Locanda La Pergola, and I would definitely come back again.

Totally recommend this hotel.
