We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with modern facilities. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. We especially loved the restaurant's regional food and the secure underground parking.

The hotel was situated a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to walk to popular sites. the bed was a bit too firm for our taste, affecting our sleep quality.

I got great value for my money at Ristorante Lewald with spacious rooms and a big balcony, offering a beautiful sunset view. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to leave my bag even after checkout. They even provided a day pass for all buses, making it easy to explore Soprabolzano without any extra costs.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety.
