As a family with kids, our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right on the lake and close to the ferries, allowing us to easily explore the other islands in the vicinity. The room was spacious and comfortable, with clean bedsheets and an effective air conditioning system. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and we especially enjoyed having it at the terrace overlooking the beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The shower temperature tended to fluctuate during our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the lake. The location is unbeatable - just two minutes walk outside the pedestrian area and right on the lake. The rooms with a large balcony offer breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast spread is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

Loved the modern style room with a huge comfortable bed, perfect for a small family. The breakfast area offered a wide range of delicious Italian options with stunning lake views. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or local information. The location, just outside the pedestrian area, was ideal for relaxation away from the busy downtown area. Would definitely make it my top choice for my next visit.

Spent Christmas in a hotel with a stunning lakeside view. the staff were friendly and always smiling, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. the location was perfect as it was walking distance from the port, where we could take a ferry ride to see other towns around the lake. the hotel's free parking also gave us peace of mind. the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was exquisite with different delicious fresh food options.

The hotel had limited dining options. the restaurant closed early, and the nearby restaurants were a bit of a walk.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Riviera. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the 70s-inspired design. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and a short walk to restaurants and the beach. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, and they even arranged transfers for me.

The food for breakfast could have had more options.
