Family-owned, friendly staff. Spectacular mountain and valley views. Shuttle and ski bus access. Tasty food, though limited choices. Spacious room, great for couples and families. Warm, clean, inviting. Convenient dinner option. Beautiful surrounding area for outdoor activities. A hotel worth returning to.

The hotel I stayed at was fantastic. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation on two bus routes. The staff provided exceptional service, from room service to housekeeping. They even offered a free shuttle service, which was very convenient. The hotel had a ski pass vendor and ski equipment for hire, making it easy to enjoy the nearby slopes. The amenities were top-notch, with a welcoming drink upon arrival and a beautiful terrace to relax on. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families.

Had a great Xmas stay at a family-run hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. the location was perfect for hiking and biking, with great views of the mountains. We loved the fact that the hotel provided maps and great hiking advice, as well as offering a delicious four-course meal every night.

That the Wi-Fi in the room was very spotty, which was a bit annoying.
