Excellent customer service! When my wife had a severe earache, the receptionist went above and beyond to find a specialist and arrange treatment at a nearby hospital. The location is also convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and convenient location.

I had a great stay at this hotel, which offers excellent value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when I arrived late due to a delayed flight. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and kept very clean. I particularly enjoyed the Italian-style breakfast, with a variety of pastries, fruits, and even a salty dish included!

That it was a bit of a hassle to find the hotel, as it was located in a less touristy area and not clearly marked. Plus, there was some noise in the lobby at night.
