The location was perfect, right next to the bus station and the rocca paolina escalator which takes you up to the town center. The staff were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They stored my milk in the fridge and even brought it back to my room when they left. They also provided me with a good umbrella when it rained. The concierge refused to accept a tip, saying that I had already paid. I could tell that the staff genuinely enjoyed their work and were proud of their establishment. Perugia itself is a beautiful and fascinating place, with friendly and helpful people.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy little hotel, just a few meters away from the old town. the location was superb, with easy access to the top area of the historical center through a beautiful old building. the staff were courteous and helpful, and the facilities were good. the room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the big fluffy towels. the breakfast, at only €3, was excellent. we had a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at Rosalba.

I stayed at the lovely Hotel Rosalba for a few nights during my trip to explore the city center. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling nightlife, but without any noise or discomfort. The hotel is conveniently located near the escalators that take you up to the center, making it a quick and easy journey. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed breakfast at the charming cafe around the corner. I highly recommend this wonderful little hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Perugia. the building was stunning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was superb, with escalators right in front of the hotel that took me to the city center. I was also impressed by their parking options - they had spaces right outside the hotel, and if those were full, they had more spaces nearby. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and super helpful staff, including the receptionists who even helped me park my big 4-wheel drive car in a tight space. I had a great experience at Hotel Rosalba.

We stayed at the hotel just outside the old city walls, so close to everything a tourist would want. The location was perfect, with the central bus station only a 5-minute walk away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was fresh and comfortable, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and we even had the option to enjoy it on the terrace. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful countryside.

The noise from the flushing toilet in our bathroom was a bit disturbing at times.
