We had a fantastic stay at this place. the location was perfect. Right across the road from the Royal palace, it was so convenient to explore the beautiful attractions nearby. The staff here were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we could ask for - from the comfortable bed to the mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. We also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including local specialties that we enjoyed. the comfort and quality of service exceeded our expectations.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Caserta. The location was perfect for me, right opposite the railway station and next to the stunning Royal Palace. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, offering a lovely view of the Palace and the public gardens. The staff, both at the Housekeeping and Reception, were friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with my requests and questions. I also want to give a huge thank you to Marino for returning my handbag that I left in the restaurant. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness.

Wow! Who knew this town could surprise me? Complementary gifts were great. the location is ideal for exploring the area. the barman was a nice guy, always smiling and making great drinks.

The room was tiny and felt claustrophobic. the AC was broken and made a lot of noise.

The room was modern, beautiful and clean, with a nice double bed. The bathroom was spacious with a big shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices.
