I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, extremely close to the centre of the old town. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The breakfast served was simple but fresh, providing a good start to the day.

The hotel had a lingering smell of cigarettes throughout, despite being advertised as a non-smoking place. This was quite unpleasant and made the overall experience less enjoyable.

The breakfast, although sweet, offered delicious pastries and authentic Italian coffee. The hotel even had a fun, albeit small, elevator. we couldn't be happier with our stay.

The only drawback was the poor signal for WI-FI in the room, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to access, perfect for a city trip. One of the best things was their flexible breakfast hours, allowing us to have breakfast at a time that suited us. We also appreciated the fact that they provided high chairs for younger guests.

Although the rooms were clean, they felt a bit outdated and could use some minor updates. the lack of a minibar in the rooms was a bit disappointing.
