We had a great stay at Hotel Serenella for three nights. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The hotel had a cozy, family-style atmosphere. We enjoyed having a kettle, cups, and a selection of teas and coffees in the room. a wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is so central that we could walk to all the main attractions and didn't have to worry about transportation. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. the check-in process took longer than expected as it was done manually with paper forms.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this central hotel. The location was superb, just a short walk to the main tourist area and the central square. We found it extremely convenient for exploring the city and it was also close to the long distance bus station. The room was basic but exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch. Although breakfast was not included, the room had a kettle, cup, selection of tea bags and coffee, which was a nice touch. a great budget option for a short stay in the city.

Great central location, adjacent to famous Mole Antonellia. Lovely riverside walks and stunning views of the Alps. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Authentic restaurants and bars nearby.
